Rocket, Prosciutto and Walnut Fettuccine


1 packet of fresh fettuccine
300 gm fresh sliced prosciutto cut into pieces
Large handful of baby rocket leaves
150 gm walnuts roughly chopped
Olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook fettuccine according to packet directions. Once cooked toss pasta and remaining ingredients with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl.

Serve with crusty Italian style bread.
